What happened at Peak this week?
We took the opportunity to demonstrate to power of Cisco policy based network access in education – increasing security, visibility, reducing IT operational overhead and enhancing the function of Apple Bonjour/MDNS services for students and teachers. We’re pleased to say we’re now undertaking an international refresh including hundreds of network devices – a great way to end the week!
We also continued our work with an Australian Bank, undertaking the initial steps to stage their new Cisco Customer Care platform that will provide an improved customer experience as well as enable operational efficiencies.
Finally, we deployed a Cisco Webex Teams integration for a different Australian Bank, leveraging the Peak Collaboration Cloud platform, and providing automated updates to C-level Executives to aid decision-making. Whew – let’s see what can do next week!
