What happened at Peak this week?

We finalised a ServiceNow integration to a client’s Cisco UCCX Customer Care environment, providing their clients with an improved Customer Experience.

We completed a cloud-based CallN Business Intelligence integration to a Cisco UCCX Customer Care environment for a major toll provider, and received excellent feedback.

Last but not least, we re-signed a Peak Availability Cisco Collaboration support agreement with a global mining company.
